Pokémon Colosseum is all about battling. If you are able to defeat 100 trainers on Mount Battle, you will receive Ho-oh. However, there is more to it than just defeat the 100 trainers. You must first catch and purify all 48 shadow Pokémon.

How to receive Ho-oh
First, go to Battle Mode choose Colosseum Battle. Select Solo Mode. Go to Registering Your Pokémon and select Colosseum Pokémon. You must register your main party of six from the story mode. Next, enter Mt. Battle vs 100 and choose either Single Battle or Double Battle. Then, defeat all 100 trainers in a row. After you have successfully defeated all 100 trainers, Ho-oh will appear on the screen and it will say "The blessing of Ho-Oh has arrived for the master of revival and battle" and it will tell you that Ho-oh has been sent to your PC. Go back to Story Mode and you should see a level 70 Ho-oh in your PC.
