As you can see, once again the Jirachi will be level 5 and in a Cherish Ball just like last year, and the moveset is also the same (Wish, Confusion, Rest).

The Event is only open to members of the "Pokemon Daisuki Club" and only 100,000 will be distributed.

The OT and ID are not yet know, although 08077 is the most obvious choice.

The Event takes place on the 7th July and then again 18-24th August and finally 25th to 31st August.

So far the only noteable difference for this years Tanabata Jirachi is that it is holding a Jaboca Berry

Celebrations marking the 12th Anniversary of the original 151 Pokemon gracing our lives start on the 20th July with the opportunity for the Japanese to purchase some rather unusual and possibly disturbing merchandise.

And then from the 26th July comes something cool but a little strange.....a selection of the original 151 Pokemon are available on T-Shirts as updated well known logos and emblems...

Saturday August 9 - Thursday August 14 at The Pacifico Yokohama
Saturday August 23 - Tuesday August 26 at The Kyocera Dome Osaka

It also appears that the Festival will be starting even earlier with activities based around 4 areas of Pokemon catching in the games :

There are only 2 ways that people will be able to gain access to this years Pokemon Festa and those are :

1. You are the owner of a DC Membership card
or
2. You are in possession of the Movie Shayim Event
